INW Story
INW STORY
After his distinguished service in the Egyptian Navy, Capt. Omar Ezz El Din, a former frogman, founded INW in February 1977. The company began its operations from a modest office in Sidi Beshr, Alexandria, driven by a clear vision of delivering reliable and high-quality services to the marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
From 1977 to 1982, INW’s Management Strategy focused on Rapid Response, Technical Competence, and Strict Professionalism in meeting Clients’ requirements. This client-centric approach laid the foundation for long-term Partnerships and Sustainable Growth.
Growth and Expansion
Through continuous improvement, disciplined operations, and a strong commitment to quality and safety, INW steadily expanded its activities and established a solid reputation within the Oil & Gas industry. This growth was accompanied by a structured expansion of the company’s human resources.
Today, INW employs over 500 permanent staff, comprising qualified, trained, and experienced personnel. The company’s organizational structure ensures timely, efficient, and compliant responses to clients’ inquiries, projects, and operational requirements, in line with applicable international standards and best practices.
To support its strategic growth objectives and enhance service coverage, INW has established multiple branches across key locations, enabling the company to deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Chairman’s Message
Since INW establishment in 1977, INW has successfully faced and overcome numerous challenges while delivering diving and marine services to the Oil & Gas Offshore Industry.
What began as operations exclusively within Egypt has grown into a Regional Presence, with INW now operating across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, and well positioned for further Global Expansion.
The Oil & Gas Offshore Industry is Highly Critical and Demanding. Through Diversification, Operational Excellence, and a Strong Commitment to Quality, Safety, and Reliability, I am confident in INW’s continued Growth and long-term Success.
