After his distinguished service in the Egyptian Navy, Capt. Omar Ezz El Din, a former frogman, founded INW in February 1977. The company began its operations from a modest office in Sidi Beshr, Alexandria, driven by a clear vision of delivering reliable and high-quality services to the marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
From 1977 to 1982, INW’s management strategy focused on rapid response, technical competence, and strict professionalism in meeting clients’ requirements. This client-centric approach laid the foundation for long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
